Jacob has spent a decade consulting for companies of all sizes, from Fortune 100 companies to sole-proprietorships.  He is a published subject-matter expert in key person compensation and benefit plan design and business owner succession planning. In addition to serving his clients, he has spent a large part of his career educating other professionals on the ins-and-outs of business planning. He currently works with companies of all sizes, with a strong focus on manufacturing and insurance companies. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin and is a Fellow of the Secure Retirement Institute.
